This year was a growing year for me. I learned that combining all of my knowledge of fitness, bodybuilding, and powerlifting would be the best kind of training for me. I would train in powerlifting for a week, like heavy lifts once a week, attempting to hit at least one personal record a week, and the following week focus on more of the bodybuilding style of training, dumbbell workouts, and accessory movements so I could rest and build muscle as well as strength. #Stillstrong
