We are only 3 months into this new year, and I have crushed goals already gaining strength back. Personal record deadlift 295 lbs., bench press 115 lbs., squat 275 lbs. I aim to increase those records by at least 10 lbs. each in the next two months. I will continue to train hard and crush goals! I will continue with my journey. I am still going. There are still so many goals to reach and surpass.
