This is Not the End

My fitness journey has been quite an adventure! From starting with cardio to delving into weightlifting, navigating pregnancy while keeping a fitness routine, and adapting to post-baby changes, I have overcome many obstacles, and there will be more; I am sure of that.

Transitioning between different training styles, from powerlifting to bodybuilding and back again, keeps things exciting and challenges my body in various ways. And even when faced with losing strength while losing weight, I have continued and found ways to overcome obstacles.

Here's to many more years of crushing goals and staying strong!

Stay strong, my friends, and carry on! We are all strong in our own ways; don't ever let anyone say I can't.
